Something to also consider:

vary between Manufactures / Warehouses : for example slightly different colour shades (White , Green , Blue , Purple , Pink , Red , Yellow) and different looks and feel of materials.
Variances as mentioned above are due to lighting, camera resolutions and intensities. Internet pictures vs actual items. Originals vs replicas. Colors may differ slightly on items due to all of the above mentioned. Variances aren't refundable unless the item looks completely different to that ordered, if the buyer insists the item is completely different then advertised picture and actual item picture may be reviewed amongst the Seller / Warehouse / Supplier of expose in order to attain a relevant decision. The outcome will be discussed with the buyer.
